This low-impact class focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. You’ll improve your posture, balance, coordination, and range of motion—helping you move with ease throughout your daily life. Pilates is also great for toning muscles, reducing stress, and supporting rehabilitation from injuries.
