2025 - Bowls Club Members Pairs Trophy
The annual members pairs competition was held on the bowling green on Thursday 21st August.
Six mixed pairs played three pool games each – three woods played over eight ends.
The two winning pairs playing in a hard foughqualified for the Final.
The eventual winners – winning the silver John Priestley Memorial Trophy – were Roger Giles and John Marshall, narrowly beating Richard Jutsum and Dave Helgeson.
Playing over eight ends the fial result was Nine shots to Seven.
Celebrations continued afterwards at The Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck, with glasses raised in thanks to the organisers and members who came along for a most enjoyable evening.
